4.Welding shell entry Unit
4.1.Specification:

1.TOP line transport module welding room double station, pressing plate before welding, robot drive CCD welding head photograph positioning, pressing block during welding, automatic pressing pole lug, pressure adjustable, after pressing data upload robot welding head automatically adjust perfect focal length start welding.
2.IPG optical fiber welding head, power is 2000KW, adopts spiral welding method, welding head installed on the robot. The welding machine adopts double head opposite side horizontal arrangement.
